DECHARGE DE RESPONSABILITE

- Je déclare être titulaire d’un permis de conduire en cours de validité et conforme pour conduire le véhicule engagé. Je déclare participer à la sortie mentionnée en titre et aux dates indiquées avec un véhicule assuré et conforme à la réglementation en vigueur.

- Je reconnais être le seul responsable de ma conduite et de mon véhicule. Je m’engage à respecter le Code de la Route en vigueur sur le territoire français et la réglementation intérieure sur les sites d’accueil.

- Je reconnais être responsable des dégâts éventuels que j’occasionnerais et je m’engage à rembourser les frais à qui de droit. Les passagers qui prendraient place dans mon véhicule, le font à leurs risques et périls et sous ma propre responsabilité.

- Je déclare participer à la sortie mentionnée en titre et aux dates indiquées sous mon entière responsabilité.

- Je m’engage ainsi à renoncer irrévocablement à tout recours, à quelque titre que ce soit, contre les organisateurs ou les dirigeants des associations organisatrices. Je suis conscient que la présente renonciation à recours s’imposera de plein droit à mes ayants droits, étant entendu que ma compagnie d’assurance ne pourra faire usage de son droit de recours à l’encontre des organisateurs et des dirigeants de l’association à quelque titre que ce soit.

- Je déclare en outre décharger le Club Porsche 914 France de toutes responsabilités en cas d'accident ou d'incident pouvant subvenir au cours de la balade.

- Je m'engage à respecter les consignes de sécurité et les ordres des organisateurs ou de leurs représentants désignés lors de cette manifestation.

- J’ai bien noté et j’accepte que toute consommation d’alcool lors des repas ou tout autre réceptif se fasse sous mon entière responsabilité.

- J’autorise les clubs Porsche organisateurs à publier sur tout support de son choix toute photo sur laquelle moi-même ou mon véhicule apparaîtraient lors de cette sortie. J'accepte de renoncer à mon droit à l'image dans le cadre des activités proposées.

En m'inscrivant, je reconnais et j'accepte, sans exceptions, tous les points ci-dessus.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

- I declare that I hold a valid and compliant driving license to drive the vehicle I have booked. I declare that I will participate in the outing mentioned in the title and on the dates indicated with a vehicle that is insured and compliant with current regulations.

- I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my driving and my vehicle. I undertake to comply with the Highway Code in force in France and the internal regulations at the host sites.

- I acknowledge that I am responsible for any damage I may cause and I undertake to reimburse the expenses to the appropriate authorities. Passengers who may ride in my vehicle do so at their own risk and under my sole responsibility.

- I declare that I will participate in the outing mentioned in the title and on the dates indicated under my sole responsibility.

- I hereby irrevocably waive any recourse, for any reason whatsoever, against the organizers or the directors of the organizing associations. I understand that this waiver of recourse will automatically be binding on my beneficiaries, it being understood that my insurance company will not be able to exercise its right of recourse against the organizers and the association's directors for any reason whatsoever.

- I further declare that I release the Porsche 914 Club France from all liability in the event of an accident or incident that may occur during the outing.

- I undertake to comply with the safety instructions and orders of the organizers or their designated representatives during this event.

- I have noted and accept that any consumption of alcohol during meals or any other reception is at my sole risk.

- I authorize the organizing Porsche clubs to publish on any medium of their choice any photo in which I or my vehicle appear during this outing. I agree to waive my image rights in connection with the proposed activities. 

When registring, I acknowledge and accept, without exception, all of the above rules.
